SCARED TO DREAM

Someday you just want to run away because the emotional strain is too much . Your shell , your body looks just fine, and it is. but the inside is mangled up , distorted with all the pressure and the false hope. Is it even your dream that you are trying to fulfill, or are you just chasing a fool's gold. Just because you gave birth to them , you own them??? Sometimes , most of the time you just want the best for us and I do, we do get that but is that a reason good enough to destroy the little piece that's left of us and our dreams.You want us to take responsibility like an adult but not for a moment you stop treating us like kids. When u ask for a conversation its more of an order and not an actual two way conversation. You fail to acknowledge our thoughts and dreams and the loads imposed isn't helping expressing it any easier. what was already hard becomes nearly impossible.

  Recently one of my sibling has been diagnosed with mild depression. And during the period they did everything in their power to make sure he is okay. They asked me to fly in and I did and a few days latter my dad did, dropping everything. They know for a fact that depression is not just a word and it needs to be handled with care. And they did. Sadly it didn't last

  I am not asking them to pamper him like a baby or spoon feed him. but i believe he …as a matter of fact us to do better without the guilt trip and the god damn orders. I am 23 and trust me it only gets harder to let them know what you really want in life as time goes on and never the other way around. But that wont stop me. one way or the other I will be there one day. sooner or latter

  Yea its a shit show that we live in , no matter how or what we live in there is always a hurdle that we need to overcome in life and sadly mine is this. but yea I will be fine ,just need to pull shit together and power through i guess.

  I know I m not a good as writer as many of you are. But all i hope for is one day when we do become parents, to be the kind of parents we always wish we had. And if you already are help your kids follow their dream no matter what.
